Since assuming his post as U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee has issued an unambiguous warning to the international community: the Iranian nuclear threat must be dealt with—decisively and without delay. In multiple public forums, private briefings, and media appearances, Huckabee has made it clear that Iran’s nuclear ambitions pose an existential threat not just to Israel, but to global stability. His message has been resolute: Iran must never be allowed to possess nuclear weapons.
“Appeasement is not a strategy,” Huckabee has stated. “Iran’s regime thrives on delay and deception. Every day the world hesitates is another day closer to a catastrophic miscalculation.”
In contrast to the diplomatic ambiguity that often surrounds Middle East policy, Huckabee has brought a clear, values-driven approach to his ambassadorship—grounded in both strategic realism and biblical conviction.
He has also taken a firm and unwavering stance against the establishment of a Palestinian state within the land of Israel. According to Huckabee, the notion of a two-state solution—specifically one carved out of sovereign Israeli territory—is not only unrealistic but unjust.
“There is plenty of land throughout the Arab Middle East,” Huckabee has noted, “land that could easily accommodate a Palestinian population if there were genuine interest in peace. Demanding that Israel divide its covenant land is not only impractical—it’s morally and historically wrong.”
This position reflects both a geopolitical reality and a theological foundation. Huckabee has long maintained that the land of Israel is not a bargaining chip. Citing the biblical covenant made with Abraham in Genesis 15 and reaffirmed throughout the scriptures, Huckabee has argued that Israel’s territorial integrity is non-negotiable.
His strong words come at a time of renewed international pressure on Israel to concede land in the name of peace—pressure that history has shown only leads to increased instability and emboldens Israel’s enemies.
The UN Palestinian state meeting for June 17-20 sponsored by the French and Saudis has been cancelled due to the Israel-Iran war.
Israel Hayom wrote prior to cancellation, “American and Arab diplomatic sources confirm that the White House and the US State Department applied heavy pressure on Emmanuel Macron not to have this conference produce practical or far-reaching declarative implications."
Furthermore, Israel Hayom wrote on May 31, 2025, “US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee delivered a scathing rejection of French and Saudi Arabian efforts to advance Palestinian statehood recognition, suggesting Paris should "carve out a piece of the French Riviera" instead of pressuring Israel during wartime, while simultaneously warning that Iran represents the greatest threat to global peace."
As tensions rise with Iran and diplomatic chatter again flirts with partition proposals, Huckabee's voice remains clear and uncompromising. “Israel does not need to apologize for existing. It does not need to shrink to appease threats. And it certainly does not need to risk its future to satisfy foreign agendas.”
In a world where clarity is rare and courage even rarer, Huckabee has provided both—reminding world leaders and policymakers that true peace begins with truth, not compromise.
Praise the God of Israel for Ambassador Mike Huckabee!
